In this speech I will make the case explaining what is the New Age as compared to the current 3 decade old way of doing business.  In the speech I will argue why, independently of the macro economic situation in the world the natural stone industry will continue to obtain mediocre results on their investments given the appearance of new actors. The way out is to develop the blue ocean strategy instead of continuing with the red ocean approach. This calls for making better use of the modern technologies combining with traditional craftsmanship skills. It also means developing new skills etc. The speech will argue that there are already signs of the transition taking place but that we have yet to acquire scale, but that is a matter of time
